ISO 20474-1:2017 — Earth-moving machinery: general safety requirements
Ici on n'audite pas une organisation mais une machine. L'ISO 20474-1 rassemble les exigences de sécurité communes à toutes les familles d'engins de terrassement, et la grille les parcourt dans l'ordre où on les vérifie sur le terrain : accès et poste de conduite, cabine, structures de protection contre le retournement et les chutes d'objets, sièges et retenue, commandes, direction et freinage, visibilité et avertisseurs. Elle sert à la réception d'un engin, après une modification ou une réparation lourde, et lors des vérifications périodiques. Les écarts les plus fréquents ne portent pas sur les organes de sécurité eux-mêmes mais sur ce qui les rend inopérants : un rétroviseur mal réglé, un avertisseur de recul désactivé.
