Scaffold inspection
Un échafaudage se juge du bas vers le haut, et cette grille suit cet ordre : fondations et assise d'abord, structure et stabilité ensuite — amarrages, contreventement, verticalité —, puis planchers de travail, protections collectives, accès et signalisation, enfin l'environnement. La cause d'effondrement la plus fréquente n'est ni le montage ni le matériel : c'est la modification après réception, un amarrage retiré pour passer une gaine, un plancher déposé « le temps de ». D'où l'intérêt d'une inspection à la réception, après toute modification, après intempérie, et périodiquement. La trace produite protège autant le monteur que l'utilisateur.
