Frequently asked questions

What counts as an "active user"?: An account that creates or performs inspections: administrator, manager or auditor. Viewers — leadership, clients, interested parties — access dashboards and reports for free: 3 included on Free, 15 on Starter, unlimited on Pro.
How does payment work?: By card via PayPal (no PayPal account needed), directly in the app: Settings → Subscription. Payment by bank transfer on quote remains available for organizations that prefer it. Prices excl. tax; displayed prices are for annual billing (20% off).
How do I upgrade?: Create a free account, then in Settings → Subscription pick your plan and pay online: activation is automatic and immediate, with a 14-day free trial you can cancel anytime.
Can I downgrade?: Monthly plans have no commitment. Annual plans can be downgraded at renewal. If you return to Free, your data is kept and remains accessible within the plan limits.
Is there a minimum number of users?: Starter is available from a single active user. Pro, built for multi-site teams, is billed for a minimum of three active users. Viewers remain free: 3 on Free, 15 on Starter, unlimited on Pro.
Can I download the templates?: No — library templates are used within the platform (inspections, audits, scheduling) on every plan. Your inspection reports, however, can be exported as branded PDFs: that is your work and it belongs to you.
