ISO 14005:2019 — EMS: flexible phased implementation
Beaucoup d'organisations renoncent à un système de management environnemental parce qu'elles l'imaginent comme un tout ou rien. L'ISO 14005 propose l'inverse : une mise en œuvre par phases, où l'on choisit son rythme et son périmètre, en s'appuyant sur une matrice de maturité. La grille reprend cette logique en deux temps — les éléments du système d'une part, l'approche progressive d'autre part — et se lit comme un état des lieux plutôt que comme un verdict. Elle est particulièrement adaptée aux petites structures et aux sites qui démarrent, à qui elle donne une réponse à la seule question qui compte à ce stade : par où commencer, et qu'est-ce qui peut attendre.
