ISO 13300-2:2006 — Recruitment and training of panel leaders
A well-selected, well-trained panel still produces unusable data if nobody knows how to run the session. ISO 13300-2 addresses that link: the person who recruits, trains, calibrates and leads the group, and who must at once command the methodology, read a group dynamic and settle a disagreement over vocabulary without crushing anyone. It is guidance, so this grid measures a degree of implementation rather than conformity. Use it when a panel leader takes up the post, to build their training plan, or as a periodic competence review. The typical finding: a technically sound leader who was never trained in group facilitation, and a panel where one dominant member sets the vocabulary for everyone else.
