ISO 9001:2015 audit — Risk-based approach
Internal ISO 9001:2015 audit focused on the risk-based approach ("risk-based thinking", clause 6.1): cover page, review of the requirements for determining and addressing risks and opportunities and integrating them into the QMS processes, then findings and non-conformities. A short thematic audit — to specifically verify the control of risks & opportunities of a certified or in-preparation QMS, rather than a full audit of the whole standard.
