ISO 7101:2023 — Quality management for healthcare organizations

L'ISO 7101 est la première norme internationale de management de la qualité écrite pour eux, et cela se voit dans sa structure : la sécurité des patients et les soins centrés sur la personne y sont des chapitres à part entière, pas des déclinaisons de la satisfaction client.
